PLEASE NOTE:
The accommodations are set on a small, wild, lush island that doesn't have many amenities. Just a few restaurants, hotels and coffee shops in the town of Therma. However, It's extremely rich in nature which is why we are going there! You will reach the island of Samothraki by flying into Alexandroupolis Airport then taking the Zante Ferry (https://zanteferries.gr/) (Their 2022 schedule is not out yet) You will need to reserve your spot on the ferry before you arrive. Please try to coordinate your airport arrival w/ best times for the ferry and leave enough travel time on each end of the trip to arrive on time and leave in a relaxed manner. No need to spend the night in Alexandrauapolis if it's not necessary. There are options to spend time in Therma before/after the retreat.
The retreat will begin at 4:30pm on July 10th and end at 10:30am on July 16th.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit is Non-Refundable after 90 days prior to the retreat. 60 days or less prior 33% of Full Price will be refunded. 60-45 days prior 15% of Full Price will be refunded. After 45 days Full Price of the retreat is Non-Refundable
COVID POLICY...
We will be giving full refunds minus an administration fee of $50 for anyone that cannot travel due to covid related matters ie closed borders, positive covid test, restricted travel up to 14 days before the retreat. After that, the money can be transferred to another retreat at a later date. The retreat center and I will remain as flexible as possible.
As with most places in the world, the pandemic remains a concerning public health issue.
The situation in your country and ours regarding travel and health regulations can change daily, so please refer to official government communications and reputable news sources.
It is our highest priority to protect and respect each other’s personal safety. We will be monitoring the situation attentively and taking every precaution to keep the participants safe.
If you are extremely concerned about CoVid exposure and do not feel comfortable in proximity with other people, this might not be the best time for you to participate in an in-person retreat.
We will be updating you on what is necessary for travel precautions as we get closer to the date of the retreat.
